This immersive course will be held off-site, transportation will be provided. SPs (simulated patients) are increasingly used throughout medical education. Participants will experience SPs as Physical Exam Teaching Associates and in cultural humility simulations.

Participants will be introduced to the staffing capacity analysis tool and have the opportunity to customize it using their staffing data to quantify program capacity effectively.
